Dear Greta,

Thankyou for your concern.  Please enjoy your 15 minutes of fame, now please fuck off and let us responsible adults continue to destroy your (and every body else's) future.

亲爱的格雷塔,   谢谢你的关心。请享受您15分钟的成名经历,现在请滚蛋,让我们负责任的成年人继续破坏您(以及每个人的)未来。

Where it actually needs to go.

Sarah Brightman. According to wiki she has collected over 200 gold and platinum records in 38 different countries and has sold 6.5m albums in US alone. She began her career with 2-3 years in "sexy dance troupe" Hot Gossip, followed by a couple of years floating around the choruses of some west end shows before landing the role of Kate in the Pirates of `Penzance (who for the uninitiated has all of 4 solo lines to sing). At that point she met Andrew Lloyd Webber who, having experienced her playing the sweetest of melodies upon his blue veined flute, suddenly realised she was in fact an incredibly talented musician, singer and actress and cast her as the lead in the Phantom of the opera and then the principal soprano in his (alleged) Classical masterpiece, the Requiem. And the world fell for it. And has continued to do so.

Similarly, Elaine Paige is revered as a legend of the west end stage and has her own show on radio 2 these days. However she got many of her lead roles in Tim Rice musicals (Cats, Chess etc) during a 10 year period in which she was shagging er...Tim Rice. this fact was less well -known than LW-Brightman coupling at the time, not least as Rice was married to someone else. Until his wife found out about Miss Paige.

Yeah but ' I Lost My Heart To A Starship Trooper' was an epic track amongst to 12 to 16 yr olds at Raquels Discoteque back in the day, I ,mean, I was there!!

As for Hot Gossip, there was only one girl......Donna Fielding:)

Lost Voice Guy, who surprisingly is still going strong and cropped up on comedians giving lectures last week. A triumph for virtue signalling and hype. As every one knows, the secret of comedy is in.....timing. Anyone whose act (and pre and post act 'spontaneous banter') consists of pre-recorded stuff being read out by a disembodied voice when he presses the 'play' button cannot hope to truly interact with an audience. I'm sure he's a nice bloke and well done to him for doing well despite his disability but the whole phenomenon has come about as a result of Simon Cowell's desire to appear 'woke'.
