It's all in the Michael Jackson thread, which has hitherto proved adequate for discussing members and associates of the Jackson family.

Me Telling Phantom To Kill Himself
Toast replied to Dr. Zorders's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Mumsnet is certainly not for the faint-hearted. -
Isn't there a 'Famous For 15 Minutes Thread'? That would catch all sorts of nonentities.

Good heavens, I didn't realise she was so much older than Mick.

The article said that he is downsizing his home, which means he's planning to move somewhere smaller. So probably nothing ominous, just that there won't be room for it all.

It is a bit of a let down if you're expecting lots of action in the Métro.

If you bothered to read the first post, you might have an idea as to the purpose of this thread. Maybe he doesn't know who The Smiths are. And this might help too. I thought the opening line of TMIB's post would explain it "With Alexandra Bastedo's death earlier this year, I thought I'd compile the list of "cover stars" of the various Smiths singles and albums cover up until their live album "Rank" in 1988..." Coupled with if you're able to post on the forums, you would have the rest of the internet at your disposal. Yeah, I was just being charitable. Thinking he might have got hold of the wrong end of the stick and thought it was about people called Smith. Or summat

Some old people find it easier to go down stairs backwards. I can remember some of my aged rellies doing this when I was a kid. Something to do with balance, perhaps.

Y'all can listen in live to Execution Watch on radio KPFT tonight between midnight and 1am GMT (6pm and 7pm CT). How is it Execution "Watch" if you can only listen ?

So I would be leading with 170 if but for your absurdity -54 Andrew Smith scoring, and so beautifully posting the 'rules' on Jan 15 a day AFTER you gave me -54 upon his death. http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=2315&p=249020 and pinned it here under the DP Rules pinned thread on Jan 16, conveniently. SC You were given friendly warnings here and here

While I'm replying, something which has been on my mind, TMIB. The 2009 section refers to "Matthew, tonight i'm going to be badly-torn boy" not coming back to defend his title in 2010. However, he did. He finished 6th. I'd assume this was your predecessor's work, but just thought I'd point it out. During one of the quiet patches of the year, presumably over the summer when people stop dying for a few weeks, we could have an a pedants' amnesty for errors on the DDP site without seeming like ungrateful bastards. For instance, the basketball player's name is Dwyane Wade, not Dwayne. FTFY

Why do you persist in including Howard Marks in this category? He was released from prison over 20 years ago.

Last alleged one has died http://www.abc.net.au/news/2016-03-07/fuzzy-wuzzy-angel-faole-bokoi-dies/7226102 1. "Faole Bokoi" is a funny fucking way to spell Oviri Ondeski. 2. Funny, the linked article re: Bokoi never mentions Bokoi's age.....anywhere. Very queer. 3. I click-baited that link expecting to see Ondeski and I was loading up for bear to yell 'bullshit' when it said he was 109 years old. Do you people have any idea how hard it is to get pre-worked up into a lather only to be so disappointed? Prolly not, it's a thing reserved for us argumentative assholes. SirC I bet you still learned something.

It can't be often that you get your joker hit, yet plummet down the table ... It's been a strange week

Wow. I'd heard that he had problems, but she sounds like a basket case as well. -
Things To Do While Waiting For Death
Toast replied to football_fan's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
First time I've heard that. I think someone has got confused there. Jim is supposed to have died in his apartment on Rue Beautreillis which is on the Right Bank. Although there is a version that claims he died of an overdose in the toilets of a Left Bank night club, and was discreetly removed from the premises. -
Think he was an Aron, not an Aaron. Was it really that long ago?

It's not about laziness. The various deadpool threads can disappear from view very quickly during quiet periods, and people can easily forget about them, or simply be unaware of them. This is a pinned post which is easy to find for quick reference. It also works as an introduction for new players who may not know about the deadpool games. And a convenient way to compare them.
-
Thank you, Deathray. If there is a Blue Cross or Dogs' Trust shop or centre near you, that would be my choice. If not convenient, then I leave the choice to you.

I've ended up with only nine players, having mistaken the start date. I thought I had one more day to make changes, so I removed one player ready to swap in another. Annoyingly it allowed me to remove the player but then wouldn't let me add one or replace it. So I was a bit narked about that. Have had one hit with Abe Vigoda, but all a bit pointless now. The best thing about the RDP is that you can start any day, but I find it unnecessarily restrictive. If they cleared their database of all the historical dead people there would be room for a lot more candidates. They've never acknowledged any suggestions I've made.
