Kenneth Kaunda dies, leaving five state leaders: Siphandon, Murayama, Carter, Štrougal and Rodriguez.

I'm saying Carter dies in the last bit of 2022, by which time all the others have too died :dead:

I'm hoping that either Carter or Murayama win this. Both are great people: Carter co-founded the Carter Center, a non-profit organization that tries to advance human rights, Murayama apologized for Japan's WWII crimes and was the president of the Asian Women's Fund made to provide monetary compensation to women and girls raped by Japan's soldiers during WWII.

The other ones...well, aren't so great. Two former communist leaders involved in human rights abuses and one former military dictator.
