He's probably a late 2025 or 2026 hit, at the earliest.

I don’t agree. He just looks like a person with false teeth who doesn’t have them in. As for puzzled and annoyed: he’s in a car in L.A.

He’s wealthy and relatively young and will probably live with this disease for years to come.

Bruce Willis is non-verbal now:

He has frontotemporal (?) dementia since 2023 - and it has a three-year prognosis. I think he's pretty much on the schedule.

wow that is quite the update.  Well with this new insight I am going to have to squeeze the man in my shadow list somehow.  I do have him on other pools, but thought I might be able to risk that he would survive the year, but this does change my mind.

According to this study, there is a remaining median life expectancy of 3.3 years for people with FT Dementia with Language Impairment and just 2.3 years with a Semantic deficit. Given Language impairment is a lower bar than "cant speak anymore", he should definitely be on next year's list.

I am still doubtful...

Starmer-Smith has been in a much worse state for the last five? years and is still alive. Terry Jones was in a worse state for his last two or three years (frailty and trouble eating). Of course they might be outliers but I feel Willis' family has been exaggerating his illness all the time.

I agree. Its time for him to go on the list. Not too high but well into the bottom half.
