Ulitzer95 12,585 Posted November 2, 2022 Roy Hattersley (wiki), Deputy Labour Party Leader (1983–1992) strikes me as someone who deserves his own topic. He turns 90 next month, which is hard to believe given that he's been obese his entire life. Clip of him from 8 months ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJ9bZpIOLTI (won't embed.. grrrr) Looks ok, still mentally sharp. May not bother us for another 5 years, or could drop dead tomorrow given age vs. size. A DDP for years.. picked by 10 teams in 2022.
msc 18,439 Posted November 2, 2022 Looks and sounds better there than he did during the last election, where he struggled to speak. (That is 2022 footage, right?)

The Old Crem 3,583 Posted November 2, 2022 While David Owen will likely be the last survivor of Callaghan’s cabinet it suspect be tight between the other three as to what order they go.
