millwall32 114 Posted September 21, 2005 Dissapointing to see Biggs still in the lead, thought that the colllective IQ of DL would realise by now that he is faking (that is assuming that he doesn't get chivved by some inmnate trying to impress the Daddy on his wing) Ford appears to be a safer bet in this year of decomposing politicians. My own vote for Les Paul is so far the only one. We all know who has the Bill Deedes obbsession so it is safe to guess where that vote came from. Brooke Astor is picking up the 2/1 favourite votes and I think we can all agree that it would be nice if those voting for Liz Taylor were proven correct. millwall32 114 Posted October 3, 2005 AHHHHHH!! I hate this thread - which happens after every death - it's like speculating on flies crawling up a window! And we're hardly ever right - who voted for Wiesenthal last time eh? No-one - that's who! Cos everyone always votes for Ronny Bloody Biggs AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I'll go and have a lie down.... As usual VB you have a good point. I don't see why RB picks up so many votes. LET IT BE SAID ONCE AND FOR ALL- RONNIE BIGGS IS FAKING ILLNESS/PLAYING THE OLD CODGER TO GET HIS SENTENCE LIFTED. Last time I got embroiled in a dialogue of this nature I got a bollocking for lowering the tone of the site into depraved depravity. Suffice it to say that I am convinced that Claude will not let me down. I shall start trawling the web for some form of dancing cartoon to post when my expectation is fulfilled. If only The Professor were here to back me up...

Actually, in this poll, I voted for Gerald Ford as the next person to die on the 2005 deathlist. Claude Lévi-Strauss is one of my 2005 ddp selections, so I would not mind him going next. millwall32 114 Posted October 6, 2005 ^^^^^^^^ RE:All of the above Nice to see the voting spreading around a bit. Sad to see that RB is still out in front- HE AIN'T DYING , HE'S FAKING. Presumably he has quietly come off his hunger strike.

millwall32 114 Posted October 11, 2005 looking at the poll I give up on all these idiots who seriously think Ronnie Biggs will die next. They may want him to die next but that is not the same thing. HE IS FAKING ILLNESS.

Magere Hein 1,400 Posted October 11, 2005 But what is idiotic is posting the same thing over and over again.... Perhaps the poster subscribes to the view that repeating an assertion magically makes it true. This view is held primarily by advertising agents, politicians and religious leaders. That suggests that it may actually be, well, false. regards, Hein
