Godot 149 Posted May 8, 2008 George McGovern has already told her to pull out Next thing we know Ted Kennedy will be offering to be her driving instructor. They can cross that bridge when they get to it. Or not.
Banshees Scream 110 Posted June 4, 2008 Senator. Barack Obama makes the statement "I will be the Democratic nominee" It's obvious and it's also history but it's also unfortunate because I have my doubting Thomas mask on and if you are looking for change "It's not generally in the face of John McCain" but Liberals can only hope he is the Bob Dole of 2008. I found this line of the article a little eccentric. I think someone needs to open the blinds. There were reports earlier in the day that she would concede, but her campaign said she was "absolutely not" prepared to do so.
Windsor 2,233 Posted June 4, 2008 I think that's it for Clinton. Obama has won the Democrat Nomination. He now has the delegates he needs. I feel a new poll coming on...
millwall32 114 Posted June 5, 2008 What is the furthest Hilary can continue to fight? The Democrat Convention will obviously be a bit of a bunfight but is there a mechanism in the nonmination process to stop it getiing that far even if she wants to carry on?
