It's odd you know (quite odd indeedlydo) that this topic never seemed to take off.

 

Just a few weeks ago on our PBS station there was a double feature here. First the classic Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore and then Victor/Victoria which in my opinion was one of the worst movies that Julie Andrews ever did. Anywho....I mainly watched it because of Alex Karas who I had interest in since he appeared years back in an episode of The Odd Couple with Jack Klugman and Tony Randall.

 

Well, the point here is that there has always been something about Julie Andrews that has nauseated me...although she was fairly good in that crappy film The Princess Diarys.

 

So, does anyone know how old Julie is doing these days?

Well I can tell you Star Wars may have been slightly overplayed. Even the home alone films. Once it goes straight to home video then you know it's over.

Wasn't there a film where she got her tits out? If only it had happened in Mary Poppins during the Spoonful of Sugar routine, my childhood could have ended so happily. Even better would have been Mary Poppins pole dancing but I don't think they did that in those days. I think, from memory, it was called chimney dancing. Then again there was the routine with fairground horses that were on poles. Perhaps there was a hidden subtext in Mary Poppins. Must watch it again.

If you look at the TF link the norks aren't that impressive, also she was an older woman then playing to an adult audience. Far more tittilating for me would have been if she had flashed the flesh as Mary Poppins when I was kiddie. Imagine a Mary Poppins meets Emmanuelle film with Sylvia and Julie doing the business in some exotic location.....or Hyde Park for that matter. Tons of potential for dressing up.

Sorry BHB this is getting off topic slightly but your colourful imagery has reminded me of some other mammalian mammaries I spotted in Iceland where the cows feed so well during the summer that the biggest of them are forced to wear a special cow bra, a sort of low slung single double-Z cup. It's why you never see cows on the back row of the cinema. They can't undo the catch.
