From what I understand from this Alma Adamkiene was recently hospitalised again with an "virus of unknown origin", seemingly after that fall + head injury in June:

Mostly bedbound and there's a "long way to recovery"

How many First Ladies/Gentlemen left are there born in the 1920s or before?

Marita Camacho Quirós (10 Mar 1911) First Lady of Costs Rica 1962-1966. First and only supercentenarian first lady.

Franca Pilla (19 Dec 1920) First Lady of Italy 1999-2006.

Lin Jiamei (21 June 1924) First Lady of China 1983-1988. Frail.

Josefina Villalobos (5 Aug 1924) First Lady of Ecuador 1992-1996.

Reuma Weizman (18 Aug 1925) First Lady of Israel 1993-2000. Rarely seen, frail

Fanta Singhateh (13 July 1929 - 11 May 2023) Debatably the First Lady of Gambia 1966-1970.

These are not all, but probably nearly all od those with English wikipedia pages. A bit suprised that Son Myung-moon has seemingly never been mentioned here before, she was already wheelchairbound in 2015.

Aída Judith León (wiki) died on 20th November aged 96.

Not picked up by any media, but all over X, YouTube, Threads and Facebook.

Death notice here. Post confirms that her husband, Guillermo Rodríguez, was alive aged 101 on 20th November.

He is fucking overdue. This year has been incredibly bad in terms of elder state leaders deaths.

Are there really no other First Ladies born 1927-1929 left than Yeping, Koivisto and Marcos?

A pick in the Scavenger Pool, assuming some sort of an obit appears. Surely she will get something other than social media posts.

Doubt it. Obscure First Lady. It's been 2 weeks already – her country seem to be pretty divorced from her and her husband. They don't seem to pay them any attention.
