At least in theory anyway. It would effectively require an emergency separation of one of the capsules on board because there's very little chance NASA would send up a capsule just for her... And that would have ripple effects for everyone else. My bet is that they just keep forcing her to eat as much as possible in an attempt to stop any further deterioration or any necessary rescue.
