Anubis the Jackal 77 Posted July 14, 2005 I once met and stroked Goldie the dog from Blue Peter! That's 2 years inside, I'd have thought.
The Four Horsemen 26 Posted July 14, 2005 2 years inside Goldie the Dog? Now there's an unpleasant thought. I also shook hands with Simon Groom and had my photo in the local paper - such fame and at such an early age!
Josco 49 Posted July 14, 2005 I am, of course, the famous Josco about whom Henry Kissinger* once said "Who?" (*Insert any name here for comic effect)
Clive's NOT Dunn 7 Posted July 14, 2005 I did Lancashire clog dancing for Phil the Greek when I was 14. My eyesight isn't what it should be at the moment (cataracts), I read that as "dog dancing"
The Four Horsemen 26 Posted July 14, 2005 The sentence reads even more accurately if you replace "Henry Kissinger" with "Mrs Josco"

Death Watch Beatle 41 Posted July 14, 2005 I went for a drink down a local pub and a band were rehearsing in the function room. When they finished one of the blokes came into the bar for a drink and I struck up a conversation with him about the music he was playing. I didn't recognised him, but it turned out to be Glen Matlock, one of the original Sex Pistols. The drummer was the Damned's Rat Scabbies, but he had to go home to his family - how Rock n Roll is that? DWB
Clive's NOT Dunn 7 Posted July 14, 2005 DWB Nothing personal but does anyone know how to get rid of Death Watch beetle permanently?

Anubis the Jackal 77 Posted July 14, 2005 The drummer was the Damned's Rat Scabbies, but he had to go home to his family - how Rock n Roll is that? DWB I once had a discussion with Dave Vanian about having kids and living in Harrow. Ah God bless The Damned and their suburban ways.

On a side note, I went to school with a girl named Elizabeth Taylor and once saw Gerald Ford giving a speech on Columbus Day in 1976 in Washington D.C.
