Anubis the Jackal 77 Posted November 11, 2005 Taking a lead from Hunter S. Thompson, his remains are going to be shot out of a Canon. I Leica the idea of that.

Lady Die 63 Posted November 11, 2005 Talking of titled photographers ....Lord Snowdon must be getting on a bit now.... Last time I saw him he was in a wheelchair. Maybe he's had a stroke too? Back on the subject of Lichfield, his partner is called Annunziata!!
Entropy 5 Posted November 11, 2005 BBC report here Btw how exactly is he related to the Queen? His mother was the Queen Mother's niece. Edited to add: I see I should have read the rest of the thread before responding.
Windsor 2,233 Posted November 12, 2005 Just found out the connection to the Queen (in case anyone cares) - his mother Anne Bowes-Lyon was a niece of the Queen Mother. Where's Windsor when you need him? I feel as though I've let you all down. Nothing new there then. In all honesty I don't really take intrest in Lichfields hang on royal status. Prince Vulpine 0 Posted November 12, 2005 Alas poor Lich, thy brain hath stroked And now we see, thou hast gone and croaked The peeps on here are rather pissed Thy name, it seems, was not on their List.
Goodnight Vienna 2 Posted November 12, 2005 I will have to look for another photographer for my wedding now..... Sleep well Lord Lichfield. VIENNA xxxxx
Lady Die 63 Posted March 20, 2006 I happened to glance at a well-known celebrity mag where they had photos of Lichfield's memorial service. Lord Snowdon was there & didn't look at all well. Maybe a possibility for 2007?
Phantom 2,533 Posted March 20, 2006 I'm surprised the BBC didn't do any photos at the memorial service. Snowdon hasn't looked too healthy the past 3-4 years. He's only in his mid-70's but I guess he often abused the drink along with Margaret

I would think Antony Armstrong-Jones merits a thread of his own. And it gives me the opportunity to insert a few snide comments about the House of Saxe- Coburg -Gotha As I am already the happy recipient of 3 warnings would someone else start it ? Thanks................
