Godot 149 Posted May 17, 2006 Well, well, well. How amusing, Rayden, Rexgore and Bad Boy. It's not every day that someone breaks in and changes the avatar of the Grim Reaper. I hope you haven't stolen his soul too. Has this ever happened before? Does it matter? Has the world changed? Will normality be restored? What is normality anyway? Is this a thread? I'm awash with confusion. Even if we quickly tire of this threesome maybe it could be extended to discuss old and ailing journos. Just a thought.

Godot 149 Posted May 17, 2006 Godot, do I detect a bad case of head-reeling confusion as your inevitable twunting moment approaches? What??? Oh that! Can't say I'd noticed. I think I'm going to stick on 999.
Boudicca 702 Posted May 17, 2006 Godot, do I detect a bad case of head-reeling confusion as your inevitable twunting moment approaches? I feel your pain, Mr Godot. I was very lucky as my twunting moment approached. T.F, (maverick that he is / was) advised me to post nonsense in the trash can and then delete it, which I did. It all added to my post count and the transition to twuntdom was attained smoothly. * 4 double vodkas up* I can use my arm again! Hooray for vodka (Although I might have to spend most of tomorrow morning deleting posts like this.. )
maryportfuncity 10,630 Posted May 17, 2006 Godot; stick on 999....yeah, right. You could - I suppose - take up something less addictive, like heroin.

Glad the voka is easing your pain (probably a better solution than the wallnut). I'm on the Stella and nachos, feet up ready for the footie. Predict 2-1 to Barcelona. Boudicca 702 Posted May 17, 2006 Mr B says Barcelona 3, Arsenal 1. We'll see. If he's right again, he REALLY needs to start gambling / helping me out with DL!
Magere Hein 1,400 Posted May 17, 2006 Predict 1-1, Arsenal win on penalties. The first half was certainly entertaining. It's a bit silly doing half-time predictions. regards, Hein

Not to put your husband down, but whenever you talk about the guy it's like he has no personality. I figure atleast he gambles. That's cool.

Powers of an ordinary bloke, though the power to love a godess, which that can't be easy since I heard they often get bored and mischevious not to say terribly demanding. Godot 149 Posted May 17, 2006 I see that Messrs Rayden, Rexgore and Bad Boy's five minutes of fame is over. But how did the hacking happen? Could it happen to any one of us? Is Deathlist safe or is it shot through with holes? And another thing, where is the commercialisation of Deathlist heading? Thongs and underpants? Whatever next? What about a book: The Best of Deathlist? If we published on Lulu.com I'd definitely buy one.

If we published on Lulu.com I'd definitely buy one. Please do not besmirch the merch. I hold it near and dear to my heart, especially the knickers. And with regard to the hacker... need we worry when the brilliant Messers Hein and fan are everpresent?
maryportfuncity 10,630 Posted May 18, 2006 Re merch and our profile: I say we target the lowliest F1 teams and sponsor their cars, or maybe Hilary Lister's lap of the UK by sea.
Bennett_Cerf 2 Posted May 18, 2006 Do you plan on forming any sports teams or reading groups in the near future? Although I have np interest in purchasing your merchandise, I would enjoy becoming involved in various activities with fellow members.

Windsor 2,233 Posted May 18, 2006 Erm.......yeah. I want to bring Deathlist to radio. Too late, it's already been done. But perhaps you could make it less dour.
maryportfuncity 10,630 Posted May 18, 2006 Can I suggest a step towards a less dour DL on the radio would be adopting Happy Death Men by Echo and the Bunnymen as the theme song.
