arghton 6,282 Posted October 31, 2023 Moon il-Seung, North Korean spy/soldier who was caught by South Korea during the Korean War dead at 97. He was one of the 46 NK spies/POWs who wanted to return to NK "left" in South Korea after the transfer of the "Unconverted long-term prisoners" in 2000. Interesting article about those 46. As of September 2022 there were 9, now there's only 6: ages 95, 94, 91, 90, 89 and 79.
drol 10,679 Posted January 13 General Kim Kyong-ok, former member of the central military commission, dead at 93. According to the always reliable South Korean intelligence he was executed in 2014.

drol 10,679 Posted January 21 93. He seemed to be one of the less evil out of a cunt regime. The old guard down to Immortal Kim Yong-nam, ubercunt Kim Ki-nam and Choe Yong-rim. After them there are some born in the mid-30s (Pak Jae-gyong, Ri Myong-su, Ju Sang-song who reappeared this summer, Thae Yong-su, Kim Yong-dae) but they feel like a different generation and none of them are A-listers. So down to three. Kim Yong-nam suffers from Parkinson's and dementia, Choe Yong-rim is wheelchair bound and Kim Ki-nam is so frail he has failed to make public appearances for two years.

drol 10,679 Posted July 9 Kim Yong-nam appeared at a Kim Il-sung's memorial concert yesterday. Can't find pictures but he was looking good and able to walk with a cane.

Not sure who the others are, but some of them look worse than Yong-nam.

Don't know who will be the last standing between him and Choe Yong-rim (why absent?). The others are Pak Pong-ju (1939), Kim Jong-gak (1941), Thae Jong-su (1936), Ri Myong-su (1934) and Pak Jae-gyong (1933). The next generation of state elders as the previous one are really on their last legs.
arghton 6,282 Posted Sunday at 19:41 One thing I'm curious about...who's this man who seems to be dressed in white? Might be the same one who attended the Shoigu concert a year ago: Jon Ha-chol? Kwak Pom-gi? Some minor name? I'm mostly only curious as he looks a bit like a badly embalmed corpse.
