Ulitzer95 12,654 Posted December 16, 2021 Seems like an appropriate time for a reminder that Hiriart's "successor" as First Lady of Chile, Leonor Oyarzún (wiki) is still alive. She survived a bout COVID-19, despite the fact we're told she's very ill. She'll be 103 in March, if she makes it that far. An easy DDP death for next year, but question is will she get a QO? I reckon Hiriart will, but only because she was married to Pinochet.

She was Minister of Industry in the 80s and probably the very last high ranking cadre of Hoxha regime. It surprised me as she was in good health when interviewed late last year, and also commented on Hoxha's death a few days back. Now the only famous Albanian born in the 20s that springs to mind is former president Alfred Moisiu. Vito Kapo (Wiki) is the first person in Albania to be cremated after her death. The wish was for her ashes to be buried next to her husband Hysni Kapo (Wiki) in the cemetery of the village of Terbac in Vlora. (Source)

I apologize for my late response. According to the search we performed we do not have any material for their death. We also inform you that all three political figures do not live. With regards Lindita Zhulali Service & Information Sector National Library of Albania" So, as we suspected, Petro Dode and Foto Cami are also both deceased. 5
