Given this is around the time the session musos left and the band was formally formed, this is probably the line-up for follow-up hits (though no guarantee these bods were not just the face of the band). Brian Dunn's Obit here: https://www.northyorkshirenews.com/whats-on/music/tribute-to-harrogate-s-brian-dunn-he-helped-build-early-british-rock-n-roll-1-7467212, references him appearing on several hits. Now all you need to do is watch the live performances of all the hits by Joe Brown and the Bruvvers to see if there were any other changes, subsequent to the 1962 line-up. Cheers for this. Will update next time I’m at my desk.
YoungWillz 21,049 Posted March 6, 2020 @Ulitzer95 Bit more success with The Bruvvers (my interest really stems from Bobby Graham, who was asked to replace Pete Best in The Beatles). Here is Pete Oakman's homepage history link which also has some timeline: http://www.peteroakman.com/history.html Says Pete Oakman left the group in December 1963, Brian Dunn had also left and it looks like by 1964 (when the hits dried up) there was a whole new backing band, none of whom I can give any help on, but for this thread that doesn't really matter!

YoungWillz 21,049 Posted March 10, 2020 Whilst I'd suggest Tom Watkins' death is more apt elsewhere, from recollection he was a ubiquitous figure on the telly for some time. I'd say his IMDB hardly does him justice. Anyway, bit of a cunt is also my recollection. IMDB: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2165816/

Don't forget that surnames on birth certificates are a relatively recent thing. I can't remember when it changed, but certainly in the 1950s and 1960s no surname was entered for a child; it was inferred from the parents' surname. (If the parents had different surnames, the entry was simply indexed under both names, but there was only one certificate.) Gregori is probably a typo or misunderstanding.

Having just disposed of my Dad's vinyl collection, certainly the bios appeared mostly on classical and folk albums of that era. I'm guessing probably because the artists were not generally covered by the popular music press, or alternatively it was blurb to fill the back - after all, you can only say so much about classical composers that most purchasers wouldn't know, so the performer would get a bit of a write-up. Took me quite some time to find that pic for The Countrymen though. You gotta think obliquely in search terms and have the patience of a saint to scroll forever through a lot of the same info. As I'm sure you are discovering! Bloody Valerie Carr is turning out to be a nightmare. There's a magazine called "Jet" in Google Books, but not much coming from that, itty bitty gossip. And did she marry? What then? Given up on her, tbh.

YoungWillz 21,049 Posted March 12, 2020 Interestingly @Ulitzer95 you might not be able to find Lyn(n) Cornell in birth records for Liverpool in 1940, because the clipping here seems to suggest she was born in 1936 (but what do they know?). Surely her marriage to Andy White in April 1962 might have a record somewhere which would indicate her dob? I dunno, I wouldn't know where to begin, think you have to register for Ancestry.
