I know what you mean. It must be our age. When we were younger we could have got a stiffy looking through the female underwear section of a Freemans catalogue let alone a well thumbed copy of Womans Weekly. Mind you, I never got mine out while flicking through the said pages in Sainsburys.

Whatever happened to Canadian Paul? He's taken a step-back from dead pooling to concentrate on other stuff, like his PhD. Personally, I love hanging out here to give me a break from the mental anguish of doctoral studies, but CP clearly copes in a different way. Now if only he'd chosen deadpooling as a subject for his PhD, he'd have covered both bases. Yes and then he could take his position at the Institute for Deadpool Research on a Government funded salary of millions.

"Pitch in with spirited reposts as you wish." I'm confused already.

Hi. Been lurking here for a few months and been an on/off fan of the site for a couple of years. I just finally decided to make an account. Sometimes I felt the mild need to post but couldn't be bothered signing up. Obviously I wasn't gonna post as a guest because you guys seem to have more contempt and hatred for your guests than Basil Fawlty. My favourite Death list year is 1997. My favourite Death list survivor is Andrea de Cesaris (even though I hate F1 these days). And I have my own personal list of 50 names for this year (of which I've scored 3 hits so far). Of course this is the first time I've ever done it so I have the advantage of not having to follow the "Maximum 25 names from last year" rule (although I'm not really sure how your "Dead pool" thing works and obviously it's far too late to enter for this year, even if I wanted to.) My other hobbies include entry-level shamanry, and giggling at words like "spelunker".

FFS Syd I did it because I wasted precious minutes in a brain malfunction loop trying to work out what a hell Stick was, all of which could have been avoided by the judicious use of a few commas. It's not as if I chucked some abuse at you. Maybe I should have left it but then you'd be under the mistaken impression that no-one notices or cares about poorly worded posts. I'm a sensitive soul, me, and every misplaced comma is like a spear to the heart. Come back Syd and feel the luuurv. I'm sure you've not been deereegisteeered. Old posters never die, they just fade away........
