Maybe there's an accountant hereabouts? Whilst I know there are huge downsides to bankruptcy for the average person, I'm rather less assured of those problems being as insurmountable for the semi-famous. They still have the ability to make money from their fame that most simply do not. AFAICT she gets rid of potentially a million odd quid of debt with no long term need to pay it back, then goes straight back to earning the same amount (huge quantities more than average people) from only fans or whatever place is prepared to pay for her 'services'. That's not to say I'm entirely unsympathetic, taking care of Harvey as she did would have been a strain on anyone, but it does seem to be a little odd that one can manage it twice in 5 years.
