Josco 49 Posted March 16, 2005 Still no avatar? However, maybe I could attach a pic of someone really gorgeous and pretend it was me?? If it was someone gorgeous then perhaps you could become a genicon for certain other posters?
Amanda 3 Posted March 18, 2005 For one day only as a laugh, here's a new avatar that I'm using just to show how easy-peasy this stuff is! Thing is Amanda - I've no signature - so don't think you need have an Avatar! But then again we all like to see fantastic looking femails - so maybe your own picture would blow off our collective socks!!! Okay, get your socks off! I bloody bloody LOVE that picture!!!! I'm not one to blow my own trumpet, but I am WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY better looking than that poor unfortunate girl/boy!!!!! Superb picture!!! V.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.funny!!
football_fan 42 Posted March 18, 2005 However, maybe I could attach a pic of someone really gorgeous and pretend it was me?? Maybe you can use a picture of your car as an avatar. How about that Amanda?
Tuber Mirum 125 Posted March 19, 2005 I do think my car will have to be the picture though...... .........So I could have my avatar up and running by Christmas! It looks as though Amanda is inclining that way herself. But how will we know it is really her car and not someone else's much better looking one? And what happened to the kangaroo-suit idea? I am not sure I could wait until Christmas.
Cerberus 302 Posted March 20, 2005 Mrs Cerberus occasionally peruses this forum from over my shoulder. Her favourite avatar, and, I think probably mine too, is Teddy's. Anyone know where he's got to?

I am not sure I could wait until Christmas. !!!!!! My Corrado is beautiful!! I wouldn't need to put an imposter Corrado picture here!! Corey has rubbish alloys & his paint's a bit scabby in places, but he's fab!! And in bits at the moment probably.... Well it's Sunday, and I really feel I should do something productive today given it's my only day off this week, but I just can't be arsed. It's nearly sunny here, but not quite - too overcast. Everyone else is rolling about in the sunshine and we get murky skies. The problem with a Sunday is the sinking feeling of school tomorrow, (or work, but it's still a school night for me) and so I can never quite enjoy Sundays as others seem too. And, I seem to be suffering from something I read about the other day - Adult Acne. It's not quite acne, yet, but I can see it heading that way. Have got loads of spots on cheeks of all places. According to my What Not To Eat book, Dr Gillian McKeith says that this is due to lung issues. But according to magazine article I read, adult acne is very common in females in their 20's and 30's. Typical that I managed to miss out on teenage spots and then end up with them in mid 20's. Dr Gillian has advised artichoke and evening primose oil etc, whereas magazine says to get your bum down to the Doctors, but the natural option has to be the first step I think. Also tried putting toothpaste on spots overnight - which is supposed to dry them out, but it's a right bastard to get off the next morning. It dries on and sort of penetrates the skin so that you have to scrub really hard to get it off, thus inflaming already angry spot and undoing all the good work that the toothpaste has done. Anyway, better crack on with doing nothing. Bye for now!!

If I'm not mistaken Mr Josco, that is a ladies' torch, to be kept in a ladies' handbag for low light emergencies in hard to reach places. Hammerfest in February is my guess

When I try to get the pound sign, I get this - #. Why??

If you press the # key do you get a £ ? If so I should try help and look up how to change the keyboard mapping to British (as opposed to US) layout My friend has something similar - colour and shape wise.
