The list is wonderful, but may I make a suggestion that as the names are picked that perhaps the names can be highlighted in a different color?  It might help people to be able to choose their picks easier especially when there are more players that come aboard, or if one of our picks die before the game starts and we have to choose a replacement.

All candidates, who are already chosen, are nor crossed out, to make it eay´sier to choose.

Please check the spreadsheet if everything is correct!

If it's confirmed that Karplus just died, I'd like to pick Hideki Shirakawa to replace him.

Please send me a link on the confirmation, since Karplus is still listed as alive!

Happy new year everyone.

Pleas triple check the spreadsheed, there were some confusins New Year's night on Martin Karplus, who seemed to have died.

Since there is no confirmation, Shirakawa reamins nominee @Hell In case, Karplus death is confirmed, @ThereWillBeDeaths7 can nominate another chemistry laureate.
Hell's nomination of Shirakawa is valid.

As posted elsewhere, an obituary for Martin Karplus. Not sure how to read it but he possibly died on January 3rd?

Thanks.

So for the new pool, he will be deleted, @ThereWillBeDeaths7 will go with Joachim Frank as chemistry candidate.
