They've all been captured by a top photographer. My mind seems to have gone blank, but Mickey Rooney and Kurt Douglas are in there. As well as... Sir John Mills! When I was in Canada for the summer, they had a column in the entertainment section about how he had to cancel a parade in his honour or something similar due to failing health. Made it sound like he'd be gone in a week, but then again, that's sensationalism for you. Still, there's most likely a base truth beneath all the fluff.
