Saint Peter 14 Posted October 13, 2005 Can I make a suggestion that we at regular intervals post a message under a pinned topic, such that the other members know you are alive and kicking. I for one would hate to miss the passing of the members who cheer my day up!! Not sure if there is access to the web once you check out This is "Saint Peter" checking in!!!!
Lady Die 63 Posted October 13, 2005 Will there be a fixed period of absence after which a member is declared legally dead?

Though he posts every blue moon. Well I have a friend as well, He's called Jesus. Would you like to hear about how he died for your sins. Well if you know Jesus you must know his mother the virgin Mary. She had Jesus when she was 14. Father Joseph must have been in his 30's.

Well there really is no logical point. The fact is i was trying to add on to Tempus Fugit's off topic comment. - Which originally the off topic talk of Jesus is truely his fault. Magere Hein 1,400 Posted October 13, 2005 Which originally the off topic talk of Jesus is truely [TF's] fault. I agree that Jesus is off topic. I suppose He's a celebrity, but depending on your view He never existed, is deador has eternal life. Each of these possibilities disqualifies Him from inclusion in the list. regards, Hein
Cerberus 302 Posted October 14, 2005 He wasn't a member, more of a pest really, but Death List Observer was considerate enough to have his own death notified to us earlier this year. And no, Jesus isn't a member, but this chap is!

msc 18,436 Posted December 20, 2020 Well, shit, that's terrible, very sorry to hear that Cat. If thats your current treatment, then there's clearly still a fight to go there, so genuine best wishes at this time. (Well somebody had to say something instead of us all posting sad emoticons at 9 in the morning!) 2

Grim Up North 3,725 Posted December 20, 2020 That sounds bad Cat but good luck and best wishes for the operation and the treatment to follow. Cat's have 9 lives remember and hopefully this is only 4 and 5 you're rattling through here and you will land on your feet as Cats do. There is some good news hidden in there that you are a delightful gentleman (which was obviously your main reason for posting the letter) - I'm left wondering if you had been a twat how the letter would have been worded. Anyway I trivialise - very best wishes and take care. Let us know how you are getting on. Cheers, GUN 2
