The sad part is none of them ever live on. - Elvis Presley died in his home on August 16 1977. - Andy Kaufman died from a rare form of lung cancer on May 16 1984. - Jim Morrison croaked in a bathtub in france on July 3 1971. "Though the exsact cause of death remains a mystery" - John Lennon was shot dead outside the dakoda on December 8 1980 by a crazed fan. If there's anyone else i've missed out on i apologize but i would think these are the main celebritys that people have said to have seen after there death date. Espeacialy Elvis.. I believe Andy Kaufman's situation was a bit different. I remember reading that many of his faimly friends and fans thought Andy faked his death at his funeral and that he would pop out of his casket as a joke which he never did. Best known for his role in eighties comedy 'Taxi' portrayed by Jim Carey in 'Man On The Moon' and - therefore - the subject of the song of the same name by REM. If any celebs faked their own deaths it's none of the above. I reckon you'd get much shorter odds on Tupac - who might rightfully have considered his life to be in danger - and/or Richie Edwards of the Manic Street Preachers who was the musical lightweight of a band and an increasing irrelevance on their records. Hey speaking of Brimley...I suggested this along time ago but I'm pretty sure the thread is long gone by now, but I suggested that we add Wilford Brimley as a possibilty. Wilford is 81 now, and diabetic. On top of that, he is pretty huge. He has been in quite a few westerns, and these days most people just see him on the Liberty Medical Supplies commercials, that run frequently on TV.
