I'm a bit surprised to learn that Jack Smethurst was still alive.

 

Re Stephen Lewis, he was also in the film Staircase as a bit of rough that one of the gay hairdresser couple brings home. (I forget whether it's Rex Harrison or Richard Burton, both giving career-worst performances.)
