Auerbach was #23 on the 1994 Deathlist and #39 on the 1996 Deathlist.

 

If some of you haven't heard of the old man, it's no big deal...it's not like I can name any manager from Man U or Arsenal, or any FC for that matter.

I didn't even know what sport he was in. I thought NBA stood for baseball, until I read the obit on BBC.

 

Seeing how the Guardian wanks itself silly with the deaths of US sporting figures (but not UK, strangely.. <_< ) maybe it is time for me to shake off my ignorance of all things American Sport & choose some worthy candidates...
