Sir Creep 7,070 Posted March 14, 2023 So why is Fort William in a league with a pile of teams above the Kessock Bridge? Not enough teams between say Perth and the mid-western coast? Sounds like a geographic nightmare. I once worked on a rig near Quemado, NM. The next closest town was 52 miles away—in Arizona! The school had to travel upwards of 100 miles each way in order to play basketball or track etc out of necessity. I suppose Fort William is in the same boat. Relegated teams find their rightful place. Fort William are bashing minnows, but they've been easily beaten by all the big (comparatively speaking for the 6th tier of Scottish football, you understand) teams in the division, so they're nearly 20 points off the top and wont be going back up soon. Looking at the table, I think Bonar Bridge might be just that bad. They've conceded 129 goals in 21 games.

Aye, sort of the point I was making above when I asked if you could even buy a Bonar Bridge replica shirt. Seriously, if there ever is another DLCon then the handful gathered there could likely have a whip round and land themselves the honour of being Bonar Bridge's main sponsors next season. time 8,631 Posted April 7, 2023 Looking at the Bonar Bridge FC website, the 'senior' side players all look to be around 11 years old. No mention of replica shirts.

Aye, I was wondering if a few mates and I might go there and watch them, but the danger is we'd get picked and end up on the pitch!
