Totally Wired 3 Posted August 11, 2020 2 minutes ago, Ulitzer95 said: I am not endangering myself for going out for a bloody meal. 1) I had COVID-19 in March, as I mentioned on here at the time. I've since had a private anti-body test and it came back positive as expected. 2) Even if I hadn't already contracted it earlier in the year, I'm perfectly healthy, not in an at-risk category and there is no reason for me to shield. For the vast majority of younger healthy people who get the disease, it's no worse than a seasonal flu. If you choose to live your life in an isolated bubble of paranoia and have fallen victim to the mass media scaremongering, then you're the fool. The economy has to keep running so people like myself can pay for your state handouts. 1) There's absolutely no evidence that having had Covid provides long-lasting immunity to the disease, even with a positive antibody test. You're still putting yourself at risk. You could also still be carrying Covid and passing it on to other people without getting re-infection symptoms. 2) I don't take a fucking penny off the state. Not a single penny. No benefits, not even furlough. Unlike many on this forum (assumedly you if you've been on furlough) I've been able to adapt and deal with this pandemic off my own back rather than creaming off the fucking government and still claiming to be helping to pay the tax bill because you get a payslip for being unemployed rather than a giro. I'm able to keep the economy running from home, in a rather more constructive manner than a few pints and steak at Wetherspoons is going to manage, cheers. Hmm, you are right we are looking for more though Tony Rivers (Harmony Grass) Hugg and Tom McGuiness definitely on there according to the Hugg interview: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p01gyp45 But they may have just been sessions essentially. Wonder if they still get royalties? Would be an interesting road to go down - information might not be public. Anyway, best I can do. Yeah they were probably all just session musicians anyway. It looks like Hugg, McGuinness and Rivers were the primary ones though. I might have a digger deep Sunday when I’m back at my desk. Hi-Tension. Yes I agree. About 1/3 of the lineup above are not traceable e.g the early saxophonist Sydor. However, from looking at their Twitter/FB pages they have a good habit of alerting fans when an associated member of the group or a relative of a member dies. So there’s a possibility they’re all still about and we’ll hear when the first passes.

Love this. It's a very iconic tune and I'm somewhat surprised it hasn't been resurrected in the charts by an act in recent times. When I was digging out the song for the section above, I learnt that there was a dance which accompanied it upon its original release. A dance so awful that anyone would be forgiven for thinking that Stevie Wonder choreographed it.

Spade_Cooley 9,526 Posted August 19, 2020 Billy Howard is on Facebook and recently updated his profile pic to include a "stay at home" graphic, so I assume he's alive. His daughter is Annabel Williams, the vocal coach who usually takes care of Cowell's hand-picked choices on X-Factor/Britain's Got Talent/etc.

I found his marriage certificate from the info about his wife on his own website and that's what got me his real name. I imagine he was born early 50s. I did, and sadly I can't find anyone under the name of Harold Jenkins born in North Fork, Virginia. Hundreds of them in wider Virginia and New York so it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
