Presumably, even if it’s minor ailments, you don’t want your enemies to know your defense secretary isn’t at his desk.

General Martti Alatalo (93) and Lt. Gen Veikko Vesterinen (91) who was aide-de-camp to gen. Yrjö Keinonen and President Mauno Koivisto.
