Banshees Scream 110 Posted September 20, 2005 Well let me tell you, I woke up this morning and for just no apparent reason i went on my computer. I turned on www.deathlist.net and what did i find? Double digits! I scrolled down and only would i find the death of nazi hunter Simon Wiesnthal who in which i predicted would die no more then 3 weeks ago. I had my amusing dream how i logged on to this sight and scrollled down finding the death of Wiesnthal. The only difference was he wasn't read as the 10th death but was read as the 9th. In phycic dreams like this one that isn't such of a suprise. In this kind of dream alot of the facts may very well be opposites. Anyhow i'm sure most of the deathlisters didn't believe my dream was linked to the nazi hunter's demise but now they just might have second thoughts? I've showed how accurate my dreams are..............................

DWB ps But then again, I didn't say I was psycho (I mean psychic)

Banshees Scream 110 Posted September 20, 2005 I've showed how accurate my dreams are.............................. But can you prove you're remakable? No no Boudicca your saying it all wrong.. RE MAK ABLE It's slang, i thought i would try something a bit different in the title but in a way i've changed my mind. If any giving kind moderator has a second to spair i would like it if they could change the title both Remakable and Screem.
Windsor 2,233 Posted September 20, 2005 But banshees, its took three weeks. What is remarkable is the guest in the Wiesethal thread who said his death was very close just a few days before he died.
Banshees Scream 110 Posted September 21, 2005 But banshees, its took three weeks. What is remarkable is the guest in the Wiesethal thread who said his death was very close just a few days before he died. It was probobly less then 3 weeks maybe just around two. And of course the guest only made those predictions under my influence..

Is it really that much of a surprise that due to coincidence, occasionally one gets it right? </sceptic>

Gunjaman5000 30 Posted September 24, 2005 I'm reminded of the old 'jokelet'; Gunjaman5000 "I have the best elephant hunting dog in Christchurch" Dave the failed policeman "But there are no elephants in Christchurch" Gunjaman5000 "Bloody good isn't he." A rather circular argument you have there Banshees. Are you saying he wouldn't have died had you not made the prediction? Good guess Mr Scream, I congratulate you. Banshees Scream 110 Posted September 25, 2005 A rather circular argument you have there Banshees. Are you saying he wouldn't have died had you not made the prediction? Good guess Mr Scream, I congratulate you. Sarcastic are we? Well i'm just so sorry Gunjaman, it's not my fault i am so narcissisticgift. It wasn't that if i didn't make this prediction Simon wouldn't have died. It was going to happen sooner or later anyway. I was more the less warning and advising everyone that the 10th death was on it's way and that i actually selected the correct individual for the proper occasion. Also the title of this thread had been changed. I guess it's some sort of joke most likely based on my bullshit or extreme amount of attention by other members of the forum. I would like to know where you people get your idea's from. Anyway Gunjaman thank you I'm sure you and all the rest of the members are looking heads-high To my next prediction. football_fan 42 Posted September 25, 2005 I believe, that you believe you have precognition. And my belief in your belief is good enough evidence for me. Who needs all this scientific bunkum to prove things, more credence should be given to instinctual knowledge and less relience on that inherently biased empirical evidence. After all can the empiricist champions prove empirically that the only reliable data is empirical ? I think not. Qu'avez-vous fait juste dit?
Magere Hein 1,400 Posted September 25, 2005 After all can the empiricist champions prove empiricallythat the only reliable data is empirical ? Hell, no; and I'm firmly in the empiricist camp. We can't even prove that empirical data is reliable. From that observation does not follow that intuitive, revealed or made-up knowledge is in any way better than empirical knowledge. I prefer observation and experiment as the arbiter of existential and causal claims. That's not because other methods are wrong, but because the former have a better track record of being accurate. regards, Hein
Captain Oates 21 Posted September 25, 2005 I saw a photograph of Simon Wiesenthal on the BBC news site - when it was reported that escaped Nazi war criminal Dr. Aribert Heim of Mauthausen was close to being captured - and thought, "That chap looks as if he is about to peg it soon, and his life work is almost done. I reckon he will be next on the List to go." Does this mean that I have psychic powers? Or is it more a mixture of judgement and luck?
football_fan 42 Posted September 25, 2005 The fact remains that Banshees Scream made a post predicting Wiesenthal's demise and it happened less than 3 weeks later. Whether or not it was a lucky guess or a psychic prediction, it really does not really matter to me.
Slave to the Grave 26 Posted September 25, 2005 I really quite like the idea of having a Deathlist psychic and I think no-one is better qualified (at the moment) than BS. Roll on the next prediction I say.
Paul Bearer 6,102 Posted September 25, 2005 Who's your next prediction BS?
Banshees Scream 110 Posted September 25, 2005 Who's your next prediction BS? Well HCW i actually have not had another dream on this years next death but i still have my carefully picked predictions. I would say i'm looking towards John Kenneth Galbraith or Brooke Astor but Mrs.Astor isn't really much of a prediction it's really just common sense. Also for a while now i felt Claude Levi Strauss was going to go some time in the fall. Around maybe November?
