Sorry to hear that.  They're not really my cup of tea but a friend is an avid fan of Johnny and I did go and see them with her back in the summer.  She'll be gutted.

Heard on 60s radio that Danny Jordan, of the novelty act The Detergents, died. His group's main claim to fame was "Leader of the Laundromat", a parody of "Leader of the Pack", meaning the lead singers on both the original and the bad parody have died this year.

Responsible for producing some of the great hits of the 1970s and 80s. Harry Nilsson, Carly Simon, Barbra Streisand, Ringo Starr and The Pointer Sisters on the roster.
