So he's delivered it today. Tbh, I'm terrified of the thing, but it will take some getting used to. Any tips? On a serious note, I have 2, neither of which are all they would have you believe, but they do serve a purpose. T'interwebs is a good source of info, - Youtube is awash with "how to" videos, possibly even for your specific model. A good starting point is "slightly lower temperature, slightly less time" than you'd use for a conventional oven.
Paul Bearer 6,100 Posted March 7 I bought a Ninja a while ago. They are amazing and highly recommend. A bit pricey though, but certainly worth it.

Only downside is that i've found when you do chicken, it doesn't taste as flavourful. Unless i'm doing something wrong. I also discovered that you can ask Alexa how long to cook it for and it saves some research. 1

The Immortal 634 Posted March 10 Never knew such a thread existed. I'm no good cook by any means, but my wife is. One of my favorite's is her pork paella, which is made something like this. https://makeitscotch.com/recipe/spanish-pork-paella
TQR 14,384 Posted March 10 At the risk of upsetting any Spanish people or hispanophiles... Spoiler Risotto beats paella hands down IMO. One of my favourite things to make. Chicken and pancetta, most often.
