My brother decided it would be a good idea to get an air fryer, especially as they are clubcard discounted at Tesco.

So he's delivered it today. Tbh, I'm terrified of the thing, but it will take some getting used to. Any tips?

On a serious note, I have 2, neither of which are all they would have you believe, but they do serve a purpose. T'interwebs is a good source of info, - Youtube is awash with "how to" videos, possibly even for your specific model.

A good starting point is "slightly lower temperature, slightly less time" than you'd use for a conventional oven.

I bought a Ninja a while ago.  They are amazing and highly recommend. A bit pricey though, but certainly worth it.

Only downside is that i've found when you do chicken, it doesn't taste as flavourful. Unless i'm doing something wrong.

I also discovered that you can ask Alexa how long to cook it for and it saves some research.

I feel remorse for your taste buds.  Liver + onions is fantastic.

At the risk of upsetting any Spanish people or hispanophiles...

Spoiler

Risotto beats paella hands down IMO.

One of my favourite things to make. Chicken and pancetta, most often.

No worries, she makes pretty good risotto too. I like them both.
