Guest Death List Observer Posted March 21, 2005 I dispute GracieJc8's placing of Geraldine Ferraro on her 2006 death list. Mrs. Ferraro is only 71, and has made many appearances on television programs; she appears to be doing quite well. Bob Dole was also on Gracie's list; he is a frequent guest of Larry King and is in remarkable condition for an 81-year-old. However, I do expect Dole's health to begin declining by the end of the decade. George H. W. Bush most likely has a few years left as well; his mother lived into her 90s, and, at almost 81, he is still leading an active lifestyle. Billy Graham, Charlton Heston, Nancy Reagan, and Sargent Shriver, on the other hand, are sure bets. I'd be very surprised not to see one or two pass within the next year and a half. Guest Guest Posted March 21, 2005 Ferraro has battled a form of blood cancer recently, Dole underwent anyeursym surgery a few years ago and Bush Sr. has had irregular heartbeat. I'm sure GracieJc8 felt they were not sure bets for 2006, but just thoughts. But I agree with deathlist observer on the others. In fact Graham is the most likely of them. He is reportedly confined to a wheelchair now and has to sit in a large throne-like chair on the few times he has preached a crusade lately. He called into Larry King's show a few weeks ago when the Pope was sick and his speech was rather slurred and he sounded confused, the interview was only about five mins.
