Two top NLD politicians have recently been released from jail by the junta:

U Han Tha Myint and U Soe Win. The former, 73-year-old former NLD spokesman and politician is a stroke survivor who suffers from prostate cancer, heart disease and hypertension and recently had covid. The latter, 83-year-old former Minister of Planning and Finance suffers from colon cancer and has been in hospital since december.

They're in very poor health considering how former Mandalay CM and NLD VP Dr. Zaw Myint Maung, a leukemia sufferer, U Win Htein, wheelchair-bound NLD patron who has diabetes, heart diseases, high BP and needs an oxygen tank at night and Suu Kyi, reportedly not in good health are still in jail. A couple of days ago it was reported that 149 political prisoners are on hunger strike.

Dr. Zaw Myint Maung, VP of the National League for Democracy (Aung San Suu Kyi is/was the chairperson) former Chief Minister of the Mandalay Region and parliament member admitted to prison hospital. He has leukemia, probably not being treated and is also likely unvaccinated.

Zaw Myint Maung hospitalised in serious condition , though I'm not entirely trusting him.
