From what I understand from this Alma Adamkiene was recently hospitalised again with an "virus of unknown origin", seemingly after that fall + head injury in June:

https://www.tv3.lt/m/naujiena/gyvenimas/adamkus-atvere-sirdi-apie-zmonos-bukle-ja-rupinasi-1-ypatingas-asmuo-n1183243

Mostly bedbound and there's a "long way to recovery"

How many First Ladies/Gentlemen left are there born in the 1920s or before?

Marita Camacho Quirós (10 Mar 1911) First Lady of Costs Rica 1962-1966. First and only supercentenarian first lady.

Franca Pilla (19 Dec 1920) First Lady of Italy 1999-2006.

Lin Jiamei (21 June 1924) First Lady of China 1983-1988. Frail.

Josefina Villalobos (5 Aug 1924) First Lady of Ecuador 1992-1996.

Reuma Weizman (18 Aug 1925) First Lady of Israel 1993-2000. Rarely seen, frail

Yaroslava Plaviuk (25 Mar 1926 - ca. 4 Mar 2023) In-Exile First Lady of Ukraine 1989-1992.

Tseng Wen-hui (31 Mar 1926) First Lady of Taiwan 1988-2000. Frail/ill health?

Amelita Ramos (29 Dec 1926) First Lady of the Philippines 1992-1998.

Alma Adamkienė (10 Feb 1927 - 21 May 2023) First Lady of Lithuania 1998-2003 and 2004-2009. In ill health

Rosalynn Carter (18 Aug 1927 - 19 November 2023) First Lady of the US 1977-1981. Frail

Wang Yeping (12 Feb 1928) First Lady of China 1993-2003. Frail

Emlain Kabua (Feb 1928 - 11 Apr 2023) First Lady of the Marshall Islands 1976-1996. Very frail.

Aura Rosario Rosal López (12 May 1928 - 2021 OTR) First Lady of Guatemala 1983-1986.

Aída Judith León (23 June 1928) First Lady of Ecuador 1972-1976.

Tellervo Koivisto (2 January 1929) First Lady of Finland 1982-1994. Frail.

Son Myung-soon (29 Jan 1929 - 7 March 2024) First Lady of South Korea 1993-1998. Was already very frail in 2018.

Imelda Marcos (2 July 1929) First Lady of the Philippines 1965-1986.

Fanta Singhateh (13 July 1929 - 11 May 2023) Debatably the First Lady of Gambia 1966-1970.

These are not all, but probably nearly all od those with English wikipedia pages. A bit suprised that Son Myung-moon has seemingly never been mentioned here before, she was already wheelchairbound in 2015.

Alma Adamkiene in ICU, "very difficult conditions".

It seems her dozens of health issues are catching up. Valdas has no symptoms but seems very worried. It would be a huge blow for him and it has been coming for some time.

Amelita Ramos (29 Dec 1926) First Lady of the Philippines 1992-1998.

I'm confident she's going to be around for a few more years. She looks pretty healthy at the funeral of Fidel V. Ramos (her late husband).
