Why no Indians ever in DeathList?

I have been expecting one of those three fakers to drop dead for quite some time. Fauja Singh is 94, has retired over ten years ago and has looked increasingly thin in the last few years. It also seems his biographer did not expect him to reach his "110th" birthday. Saalumarada is also 94 and has survived a large number of illnesses, being on her deathbed about seven years ago and recently breaking her hip. Wheelchair bound and cranky for years.

Pappammal should be about 92. At her Padma Shri ceremony she was on a wheelchair and looked extremely frail. Age is ctaching up with them even if they are faking it.

Here's Pappammal three weeks ago (video, 3:00 onwards):

pappammal.png.a30ba6233eac133d1a0aa55650e2610d.png

Now able to walk a bit, but looks much thinner than when she got that Padma Shri in 2021.

Also, the fourth Indian living age fraud (and the most extreme out of them - he claims to be 127, actual age around 85-95) Swami Sivananda has just had another "checkup" last week according to facebook posts. He's declined fastly, seems demented with an "end-of-life look" and empty eyes for some months now and occasionally wheelchairbound but his followers/students insist he's in perfect health and still repeat the lie that he's never been hospitalised or had to use medicine. The facebook page of his followers even says that "antibiotics are the root cause of many complicated destructive diseases"...

Article on ailing Indian opposition politicians as the opposition is trying to squeeze some votes out of them. It mentions two perennially ills: Manmohan Singh (former prime minister, long health history of diabetes, heart problems, dengue, covid...) and Shibu Soren (Jharkland controversial CM, has been on oxygen atleast three times in recent years with covid, heart problems, CKD and water-in-lungs) but also a third MP called Bashistha Narain Singh who has apparently also been in ill health for years.

Here's Soren arriving to parliament some days ago:

Shibu Soren discharged. Apparently he and Manmohan Singh were going to attend a special parliament meeting today but I'm not sure if either of them did.

I did the list of the oldest living Indian Chief Ministers earlier this year (July), here's a list of the oldest living Governors. Usually smaller political personalities than the CMs, so I'm not sure if all are alive. As with the list of oldest CMs, all born 1951 and before:

Padmanabha Acharya (1931) Governor of Assam 2014-2016, Tripura 2014-2015, Nagaland 2014-2019, Arunachal Pradesh 2017, Manipur 2019.

Siddheshwar Prasad, former Governor of Tripura, died last month at 94. Fifth-oldest Indian Governor at the time of his death. From the list Fathima Beevi looks very frail in some recent pictures, 96 in two months. Modi nemesis Kamla Beniwal is doing pretty well for 96 but quite frail too. BNK Chhibber's wikipedia page has been edited to say he died last year but there's no source anywhere.

Fathima Beevi dead at 96.

Vijayakanth's routine checkup takes a new turn as he undergoes tracheostomy due to cystic fibrosis (not sure if it translated correctly, but that's what it says for me) and fungal infection complications...

Edit: However this says he's only on "pulmonary support" and to be discharged in two weeks.

Kedar Singh Phonia, Uttar Pradesh tourism, culture and youth affairs minister in Kalyan Singh's govt, dead at 92. One of these many ancient but incredibly tough Indian politicos, he was already on his deathbed four years ago but seemingly recovered.

Adding a list of the more minor Indian politicians, those (probably) not mentioned here before and definitely still living born in & before 1930 in the spoiler:

Ra. Sankaran (1931) Tamil and Telugu actor and director.

Ra. Sankaran dead at 92.
