Somehow he won't be the oldest person on Days of our Lives this year. Bill Hayes, who turns 98 in June, was in 3 episodes in February portraying Satan personified in the form of his character Doug Williams.

I once pressed a panic bottom and it didn't work out too well for me either.

I started to type up a response to this using the words "gerbil" and "behind him", but I deleted it because it was in really poor taste and I am striving to become a better person.

I used to think that Frances Sternhagen and Anne Haney were both the same person. I always assumed that was Frances in Liar Liar and Mrs. Doubtfire until I looked up the cast list for the latter.

The first one I remember as a 10-year old is Samantha Smith dying in a plane crash in 1985. Beyond that I also remember seeing reports of Rick Nelson's plane crash later that year even though I am quite sure that I did not know who he was at the time.

Why even bother cremating him? They should have just gone ahead and tossed his corpse overboard. The sharks need to eat.
