Seems this round started just after midnight UK time, Brazil is anything between 3 and 7 hours behind the UK (Diego appears to be 4 hours behind), which means his first vote was at around 1am our time, so around 9pm Brazil time on the 26th. He has now voted in the middle of the 27th. 3 others voted overnight and labelled it still the 26th, not the 27th. Only those in the Western Hemisphere have 2 chances to vote today.

Thanks, that's exactly right, I always copy and paste the date of the previous one too, I'm 4h behind the UK, I just didn't realize that the previous one was already the next day
