Sorry, I swear I used the Search tool to look for a thread of his own first before posting here. But I guess I must have misread it or put in the wrong parameters because I didn't see one.

Unconfirmed reports 1970s / 80s actor Ty Henderson, whose credits included recurring roles on 'Room 222' & 'Madame's Place' and a co-starring role in the short-lived 'Space Academy' opposite Lost In Space's Jonathan Harris, has died at age 71.  Another 'Space Academy' co-star, Pamelyn Ferdin, has posted this on her Facebook.  IMDB lists him as being born September 1, 1946, which would make him a year younger than she indicates.

Mark Baker, a Tony Award-nominated actor who had episodic appearances on the TV series 'St. Elsewhere' and 'the Equalizer', has died.  He was 71.  (Note he's a different actor than Mark Linn-Baker of 'Perfect Strangers' fame)

So I just read that my former suggestion Kate Murtagh ("Woman on the front cover of Supertramp's Made in America") lives in a special care home for old and frail Hollywood actors/actresses, the "Motion Picture & Television House and Hospital":

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motion_Picture_%26_Television_Country_House_and_Hospital

Thankfully, the wikipedia article also has a list of current notable residents, including:

Spade Cooley favourite Glynis Johns

Helen "I am woman" Reddy

"Airwolf" and occasional deadpooling pick Jan-Michael Vincent

The indestructible Mary Carlisle

....and other lesser names

Among the former inhabitants were Connie Sawyer, Johnnie "Tarzan" Weissmueller, DeForest "Bones" Kelley, the just deceased Anne Coates, and apparently Zsa Zsa Gabor... (?)

DDP pick Kate Murtagh died in September 2017, according to this: http://digital.copcomm.com/i/1012073-summer-2018/51?m4

Barbara Russell, an actress active mostly from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s who worked with Fred Rogers on both his early effort 'MisteRogers' and on 'Mr. Rogers ' Neighborhood, has died.  She was 85.  On the latter, where she also played opposite my Deathlist icon picture, she portrayed & voiced various characters, including Mrs. Hilda Dingleborder.

I recently saw the documentary, Won't You Be My Neighbor, and I'm trying to remember if she appeared in it either as an interviewee or in stock footage.

I saw it about a month ago.  If she was in it, she wasn't explicitly acknowledged and wasn't among those interviewed.  She also doesn't have a credit in the IMDB for it.

Thad Mumford, a noted African-American TV writer for shows like 'M*A*S*H' and 'The Electric Company,' has died.  He was 67.  For M*A*S*H, anyway, he always worked with Dan Wilcox.  A number of their scripts were put into production.

At 90, she's the anti Alan King: "Survivors include her husband, Ron".  Wasn't her first marriage -- wonder if she was a cougar?  I'm putting money down she was.
