Sir Creep 7,070 Posted April 6, 2018 Susan Anspach, the radiant and rebellious actress who personified the 1960s-into-the-’70s counterculture in films like “Five Easy Pieces” and “Blume in Love,” as well as in the stage musical “Hair,” died on Monday at her home in Los Angeles. She was 75. The cause was coronary failure. SC
drol 11,912 Posted April 7, 2018 Here's a list of survivors from 1994 spoof film The Silence of the Hams. The movie is so bad it is unwatchable, but it had one of the greatest casts ever: *Ezio Greggio (1954). Italian entertainer, recently lost his father. Still active, had some legal troubles some years ago. *Billy Zane (1966). Middle aged man with no health issues. *Joanna Pacula (1957). Has not acted since 2010. *Charlene Tilton (1958). Short woman (4' 11''), but nothing beside that. *Stuart Pankin (1946). Fat and had heart problems. *John Astin (1930) The mytical Gomez Addams. Not seen in public since 2013 more or less. *Tony Cox (1958) Character actor known for his role in Me, Myself and Irene. *Mel Brooks (1926) If he did not hang himself for being in this movie, this means he has a strong will to live. *Larry Storch (1923) A legendary Jewish character actor, he did not take part to the celebrations for his 95th birthday this year. *Rip Taylor (1935) The crazy American actor we all love. *John Carpenter (1948) Greatest horror director ever, he made mistakes too. This is one. *Eddie Deezem (1957) Stand-up comedian specialized in nerd-type roles. Out of the list only Astin, Brooks, Storch and Taylor are old and (very) obitable. The rest of them seem safe for some other years. The main reason for writing this list was boredom.

Shelley Winters bloody showing up. I love that film. It's so stupid, full of bad acting (despite the cast!) and awful jokes, yet is far more enjoyable - probably due to all of that - than some of the more serious Hollywood pisstake films. I wonder how much of the cast of Michele Lupo's Weekend Murders are still going? I know Percival is gone. It's like Agatha Christie as told by Dario Argento with shitloads of Tchaikovsky at wonderfully inappropriate moments and Italian piss taking of British culture. Once seen, never forgotten. Sir Creep 7,070 Posted April 14, 2018 Poor poor poor Milos Foreman (86), the now deceased director who had two buffoons (one lazy, one misguided) post his obit in terribly inappropriate places. So here is the list, which is rather short: *Joy Harmon (1940), played Lucille, the girl. *Morgan Woodward (1925), Hollywood legend played Walking Boss Godfrey in an outstanding performance (he did not say a word during the film). *Charles Tyner (1925), played Boss Higgins. *Lou Antonio (1934), played Koko. *Anthony Zerbe (1936), played Dog Boy. *Joe Don Baker (1936), played Fixer. It is interesting to see how many cast members have died since 2010: Dennis Hopper (29 May 2010, aged 74) Luke Askew (29 March 2012, aged 80) Ralph Waite (13 February 2014, aged 85) Wayne Rogers (31 December 2015, aged 82) George Kennedy (28 February 2016, aged 91) Richard Davalos (8 March 2016, aged 85) Buck Kartalian (24 May 2016, aged 93) Clifton James (15 April 2017, aged 96) Harry Dean Stanton (15 September 2017, aged 91) Rance Howard (25 November 2017, aged 89) Tyner died last year, thought it's only just being reported. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Tyner
