Do we have a reliable source that backs up the DOB used on IMDB?

As I'm seeing no, but in her all records she is listed as born in January 1938, living in Beverly Hills, CA as Emily Ann Collins

I was just reading about her earlier this week to see why she disappeared after Reba. She took an extended leave of absence during the show's season 5 to go to an anorexia rehab centre.

For some reason her Instagram account has been deactivated, beginning to believe it’s not true, but I guess we will see if TMZ reports on it.

Reba would surely make her own kind of statement or post about it as well...

Gloria Stroock, Priscilla Pointer, Joyce Randolph and Woody Woodbury had Hollywood credits, albeit not during the Golden Age (which I assume is what you were referring to in your post).

Looking at her Wiki, her late husband Leonard was the co-creator of the word game Mad Libs.

Hollywood Reporter obit for Stroock.

Her daughter kindly sent them a pic of her in her later years. She still looked quite glamorous.

Need some help with one name who appeared in this issue. The date of death given was 4th November 2016 and the name is Jeanette Miller. Is this THE Jeanette Miller (b. 1932, wikiIMDb) who appeared as Aunt Edie in The Middle, as well as Norbit, Legion, The Truman Show etc. and was active until 2015? It would appear so but I need some kind of linking evidence to get Wiki/IMDb updated appropriately.

Do we know anything more? Just saw her in an episode of Charmed from 24 years ago and she was playing an 80 something back then, assumed she was long gone, but according to every other source she’s still alive. Can’t find any evidence of the 2016 date of death outside of this thread

Sad about this, she might not have been part of the Golden Age but her younger sister Geraldine Brooks made her debut in one of my favourite Joan Crawford films, Possessed (1947). Her older sister outlived her by almost 50 years

We're pretty sure it was her listed in SAG-AFTRA In Memoriam. However, because there are multiple people of that name on IMDb there was no way to be absolute certain.

Unless someone wants to try and pull up the death record now ofc to confirm it's the same person. Then I can get her IMDb and Wiki updated. :)

One of the articles notes that he lived somewhere around Orlando... Much like that host of the Golf Channel who passed a while back, local affiliates here are dropping the ball when it comes to covering local deaths of note in the entertainment field, with the national news getting multiple articles on him, and even several affiliates of the national stations outside Florida, but nothing in Orlando itself... Oy vey.
