Dumb Reaper linked an article that states Carter was cognitively well enough to make a decision and cast a vote. That’s a valid update. I can scroll these pages and find endless examples of you posting complete non-news. He may have moments of cognitive lucidity, but the fact that he's voting this early, despite the election being over two weeks away, would indicate that his hospice team can't guarantee he'll be this way by the time of the election, at the end of this month.
