Hildegard Kress was born on August 18, 1913 and was an older person born in Luxembourg who was still alive, she lived in Hannover (Germany), and was an older person from the city too, she died around March 3,  2023 and was only recently discovered, the oldest known person in Luxembourg is now Louise Spirckel-Zwick born on 24/Nov/1913 in Esch-sur-Alzette and resides in the same location

The information may have been given privately by one of her relatives

Yang was considered dead because Shi Ping was reported as the oldest man in Shanghai in July, but there was really no information about his death, this link would be very useful to prove it, but I can't access it either
