I agree.

 

Nixon did some of the most amazing things as President, and some of the most heinous. He was a study in extreme contrasts, liberally colored with paranoia and an ironic lack of self confidence. He surrounded himself by sycophants who were too happy in their positions of access to the White House to speak up when Nixon crossed the line.

 

Although primarily remembered for Watergate, Nixon is a fascinating study.

Russell E. Train, the 2nd head of the EPA under Nixon and later Ford, has died aged 92.

The Wiki entry is asking for proof/citation as you noted.  Parkinson would assuredly get a NYTimes obit, so I'll maintain doubts as to the veracity of his death at this time.
