The Four Horsemen 26 Posted April 14, 2004 I see Caron Keating has died of cancer - was she a miss from this years list?
Our Sole 5 Posted April 14, 2004 obviously a bit of a dark horse........ http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/t...dio/3625457.stm I am sure that you can find some amusing headlines for this one - just curious to know if BP will be showing you how to make a coffin from a weetabix box, sticky back plastic and toilet roll tubes? Stayin Alive 26 Posted April 14, 2004 No badges for the Deathlist children then. This seems to be the first I've heard of it. Was this kept quiet?
The Four Horsemen 26 Posted April 14, 2004 Apparently she'd been living in Oz for 2 years and had been fighting cancer for 7 years - does this appease the Southern Hemisphere contingent?
Grim Reaper 186 Posted April 15, 2004 This cannot be deemed a miss if she kept this vital information as such a closely guarded secret. Besides we'd have probably been attacked by angry Blue Peter fans if we'd have managed to pick her. Now, anyone got any news on Valerie Singleton?
Stayin Alive 26 Posted April 20, 2004 Is it just people or can we have Blue Peter pets and animals on the list?
Grim Reaper 186 Posted April 20, 2004 or the Blue Peter garden...? RIP
Mr Stats 9 Posted April 26, 2004 I've been in mourning and unable to bring myself to add my irrelevance to this thread. I felt a deep sense of loss with the passing of Caron, as she was responsible for one of the most moving moments I have ever experienced It was in the late eighties, West Ham at home to Aston Villa, and Caron was on hand to open the new Family Enclosure. As she walked across the pitch both sets of fans were, for the only time I have witnessed, united in their singing and it brought a tear to my eye as "Get your tits out for the lads" rang out from every side of the ground. Seminal.
The Yeti 14 Posted May 10, 2004 Is it just people or can we have Blue Peter pets and animals on the list? Aren't pets animals as well ? Or are there some non-animal pets (I haven't watched the show in years, so wouldn't know. There was a fad for pet stones a few years back - are they all still alive ? Or is there a Blue Peter Tamagotchi too ? ) Anyway, if we were allowed pets, we've just missed one. And he should have been a dead cert, given his age ! The Four Horsemen 26 Posted May 10, 2004 There's been almost as many famous tortoise deaths this year as people - perhaps there should be a spin-off DeathList for animals?
The Yeti 14 Posted December 16, 2004 Any more Blue Peter pets endangered ?
Bury The Bastard 2 Posted December 16, 2004 No more Blue Peter pets but Pingu is a dead cert for 2005. BBC news states: Tens of thousands of Antarctic penguin chicks could starve because an iceberg is blocking their parents' access to coastal feeding grounds, officials say. If pets why not cartoon characters!

Tuber Mirum 126 Posted June 17, 2005 Mate of mine had a Blue Peter badge. All the blue came off after a few days and he was left with a plain white shield. Bloody swiz. Is Biddy Baxter dead yet?

Captain Oates 21 Posted June 17, 2005 Blue Peter on the Death List? It looks unpromisingly alive from this angle. Even Tony Hart is still smiling! (He designed the logo but did he ever appear in BP?) (Get your Blue Peter Badge here. Just send an email and have it read out on the programme. Surely not beyond the skills of regular DLers )
Paul Bearer 6,130 Posted June 17, 2005 (Get your Blue Peter Badge here. Just send an email and have it read out on the programme. Surely not beyond the skills of regular DLers ) Now there's a challenge. 1st dl'er to prove he has won a BP badge......
BrunoBrimley 86 Posted June 17, 2005 I hardly think this is an appropriate topic for a Jeremy Beadle forum. Aside from your 72 Beadle additions to the Jerry Beadle thread this really isn't a strictly J.B. Forum. So not surprisingly un-sorry to disappoint you~~~ (and yes, I refer to him as Jerry~~~he seems to prefer that)
