Banshees Scream 110 Posted August 28, 2005 I don't live in the UK so apparently i wouldn't know. Though from thesound of this street the condition of most of the elderly people sounds a bit compulsive. I plan to take a vacation to Great Brittan soon some day. Just for telling me maybe i'll take a quick stroll down this street and maybe i'll catch one of these "Old people outside" Then from up close i would be able to tell if they should be put on the DL or not. But i figure by the time i take that vacation the street will be pretty much empty. Where in GB would you visit, BS, would it just be England or would you go to Wales, Scotland and N. Ireland? I haven't decided yet. I think i would like to visit both London and Scotland. But i think there's still going to be a bit of a wait before i actually get there. The sights will always be here BS, there is so much to see in London alone! never mind the rest of GB, I know we are are a fairly small nation but I have found that people expect to see it all in a fortnight - 3 weeks, there are so many thing to see and do in England. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland . I would suggest you eventually take a holiday to all four, expensive I know but if you ever make it to Glasgow myself and scsi(my hubby) would be happy to take you out for a drink and a meal. Tempus Fugit 214 Posted August 28, 2005 This Thread seems to have gone way off topic. Anyway to bring it back on course, how about Nicolas Parsons for '06. Sure he'll only be 83, and he seems to be in good health. But I'm hoping he'll drop dead because he really irritates me.

Guest IYG Posted August 28, 2005 Does IYG and his thai/russian bride count? How the hell did you get to Thai? I don't particularily find Thai women to be attractive. Now Korean women, they are gorgeous. Anyway, I'm single as can be, sadly. Now lets stay on topic please.

Hey Tempus, Irritating people tend to live longest.... so I am told, therefore in theory people like Nicholas Parsons, Margaret Thatcher and Jade Goody will all hit triple figures! Scary thought... Tempus Fugit 214 Posted August 29, 2005 As I was talking about the Carry On films on another thread, it got me thinking. What about the producer of all the carry on films Peter Rogers, he was born in 1914 and must be pretty frail. Also Bill Maynard he was born in 1928 but suffered several strokes in 2000, he could also be a good bet.
Handrejka 1,903 Posted August 30, 2005 Nicholas Parsons was on my death list last year but I took him off it as he seems to be in pretty good health. He'll probably be the last survivor of the Just a Minute set.

Guest bastian Posted September 1, 2005 What about Lemmy Ian Kilmister (born 1945). Frontman of the Heavy Metal Band "Motorhead". His very special friend Jack Daniels will do the job during the next couple of years - maybe in 2006.
Handrejka 1,903 Posted September 1, 2005 I'm actually a huge fan of the Kinks but... They must be one of the few famous bands from the 60s where all the original members are still with us. Surely it's about time one of them died. My money would be on Dave Davies to go first. I know he had a stroke a few years ago. Ray Davies was shot a few years ago of course but he looks very well now
Lady Die 63 Posted September 1, 2005 The Beatles, Stones & Who have all lost members. I think all original members of The Hollies are still alive
