There's a few very dubious characters still in charge - mainly in Central or East Africa, a few of the former Soviet states in Central Asia and so on, but few as reviled as Mugabe. FWIW, I don't think he as ill as we suspected as he was very quiet indeed for a spell when getting treatment.
