The reference looks like it could be credible but is a "take my word for it" style reference that cites an article without linking to anything. Probable that Olympedia looked into it and couldn't find anything to back it up.

Péter Juhász was born in Lučenec, Czechoslovakia and died in Budapest, Hungary, aged 65. He played for Újpesti Dózsa, Tatabanyai Banyasz, and Borsodi Volán SC. He won the silver medal in football at the 1972 Summer Olympics, and also participated in the UEFA Euro 1972 for the Hungarian national football team

Pavel Svojanovský was born in Otrokovice, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and died aged 80, was a Czech rower who competed mainly in doubles cobbles, together with his younger brother Oldřich Svojanovský. With different coxswains they won two Olympic medals (1972 and 1976), one world medal (1974) and two medals in European championships (1969 and 1971). They also placed fifth out of eight at the 1968 Olympics

Not exactly an Olympic medalist but multiple distance record holder (then again, competition on the Isle of Man isn't the toughest), Brenda Walker has died. To be fair, she qualified by right for major international competition (Commonwealth Games standard)

Toshio Shuji, Japanese swimmer who won a bronze medal in 1964, has a date of death in his Japanese wiki. No source though, and I could not find any reference from it.

France Nonkovic, Croatian water polo player who was part of silver medal Yugoslavia squad in 1964, has a date of death in his Croatian wiki but no source. Good thing I found a reference

German sprint runner Gisela Birkemeyer (Wiki), who won two medals in the 80 m hurdles at the 1956 and 1960 Olympics, dead at 92

Czech discus thrower Olga Fikotova, Olympic champion in 1956, has died aged 91.

 

During the 1956 Games, she met American hammer throw Olympic champion Hal Connolly and they subsequently married.

 

After that she represented USA at the Olympics, even being its flag bearer at the 1972 Games.

 

Connolly and her divorced in 1975.

Vladimir Andreyev died at the age of 57 and was a Russian race walker, competed in the 1992 Olympics (13th place in the 20km), participated in several world and European events in the sport and was bronze at the 2000 Olympics. 99 he was bronze at the world championships and in 2003 at the European Championships, in 2004 he was seventh at the Olympics

Neil Rogers was an Australian swimmer who participated in the 72 and 76 Olympics, and won several medals in the Commonwealth Games including gold in the 100 m butterfly in 74, this sport started in 1962 and only the winner of the inaugural edition had died until then, Kevin Berry in 2006, also Australian

Haim Levin was born in Petah Tikva, Mandatory Palestine and died aged 87, was an Israeli football goalkeeper who played for Maccabi Tel Aviv and the Israeli national team in the 1960s.He was named Israeli Football Player of the Year in 1965. He left the Maccabi Tel Aviv in 1969 and went on to play for Beitar Jerusalem, Maccabi Netanya and Hapoel Jerusalem, Levin made 22 appearances for the Israel national team and participated in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico

Francisco Rodriguez was born in Cumaná, Sucre, Venezuela and died at the age of 78, he was a Venezuelan boxer. At the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, he won the gold medal in the inaugural men's light flyweight (-48 kg) division (the only Venezuelan to win gold in that boxing category), as well as winning gold in the 1967 and 1971 Pan American Games. He carried the flag of his native country at the opening ceremony of the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, he was the champion of an older edition in his category at the Pan American Games, now this is the Cuban Ramón Duvalón (b. 1954) and the oldest living Olympic medalist from Venezuela, who is now Bernardo Piñango born February 9, 1960 and silver in 1980 in boxing (-54kg)

He was the first Venezuelan Olympic Champion (out of 3) and their third Olympic medalist overall.
