I meant to post this one from 4th April mostly for the irony of a road safety campaigner dying as a result of a traffic accident, but he was a pretty interesting guy.

Kit Lambert died before he was old this day 35 years ago aged 45. As well managing The Who he looked after Thunderclap Newman who suffered a death recently - how eerie is that, er not very.

It's 390 years since the death of Francis Bacon aged 65. He was the founder of evidence based science all those years ago and yet we are still having the same arguments today.
