Sir Creep 7,070 Posted April 28, 2021 Matthew Walker III, who developed and taught Vanderbilt University’s innovative biomedical engineering design curriculum, died unexpectedly on April 24. He was 56 years old. Walker joined the faculty in 2011 and held dual appointments as professor of the practice of biomedical engineering in the School of Engineering and professor of radiology and radiological sciences in the School of Medicine. alt obits guy 3,371 Posted June 6, 2021 William Joseph 'Bill' Whelan, a noted British-born American biochemist, has died. He was 96. Despite what the announcement in the link below says, his date of death was June 5th, 2021, not July 5th, 2021. Unless his biochemistry abilities allow him to remain in chemical stasis until July 5th, at which point he could delay his death, thus making the statement retroactively accurate.
